By the time we arrived to Noosa, it was almost 9 o'clock. Oh well, we had gotten confirmation at a hostel, so we drove straight there. Unfortunately the reception has already closed and nobody could help us. Oh well, let's go to the centre and try to find another hostel, there should be more. I had the LP and found another one. After almost getting lost, we found it. This time I called in advance and the girl confirmed availability, but we had to hurry up since she was about closing. Pfff, we barely did it! But, what's happening? She said it was too late, she was leaving. I was speechless and thinking about having to spend the night in the car... the Kumar came to the rescue! With a super sweet voice he convinced to the girl to help us, yay! There were 4 free beds in a dorm, sweet! The registration didn't take longer than 5 minutes and after leaving our bags in the dorm, we were ready to leave and explore the area.
Would we drive? No, everything was walking distance plus we didn't want to loose the parking spot we had. Then we realized we had beer and wine in the car, so better start drinking before leaving. We deserved to cellebrate finding a place to sleep, haha. To Kumar! After being a bit worried, we all were laughing and agreed this kind of things make the trips more interesting, a true experience!
By the time we left it was past 10 and there weren't places open except a convenience store, hahaha. We still had some snacks and salsa in the car, so we took them and with the rest of our drinks we moved to the pool. We wouldn't stay in the hostel for longer so it'd be better to enjoy the pool now that we were there. It was a bit cool to swim, but was nice to sit outside next to the pool.
Kumar went to look for her and came back scared! "Guys, we have to go and look for her!" It was about 2 am when we started to walk around the city looking for the girl. We couldn't find her and came back to the hostel hoping she might be back. Then someone suggested to give her a call. What? didn you call her? hahaha. And then I listened to her cellphone. She might have forgotten it in the dorm. Oh no!
Well, we agreed to split and I stayed at the dorm, trying to get some sleep and waiting for her, while the guys would take another walk in order to look for her. Half an hour later she showed up and went straight to bed. What did just happen? The whole time she was in the hostel! OMG! She just wanted to give us a lesson since she thought we ignored her... no way! We were worried for you, girl! Please don't do that again. Ok, finally the gang was reunited and we all were exhausted - specially Kumar - so it was time to go to bed and try to sleep, zzz
