The road home

After a great (and hot!) summer in Europe, my adventures had to come to an end. I made a quick stop in London, and after a very long (and cold!) flight, I was finally back in Houston. I don't understand why the airlines have to set the temperature to freezing!
I did not feel the change in time zones much, maybe because I was just overall very tired. My friend from College Station picked me up, and after packing all my stuff and fit it inside a Nissan Armada (did not have much trouble making it fit in at all! :P) I drove 11 hours to El Paso, where I would finally meet my sister. I got early to the hotel and I met with my sister and niece later on. It was so nice to meet again after so long!
I was very tired and the next morning we needed to unload all my belongings and move them to my sister's SUV.
So, dear folks, this is the end of the road. A journey ends, but another one will follow. A completely new life awaits me back in my home country.
