Students celebrating their graduation, Stockholm
Up at 6.30 to eat breakfast with my dad and follow him to the Arlanda Express - the train for the airport.

Went around the city to take some different location shots, and to do a bit of shopping. In the evening I was attending the Europa Nostra Awards Ceremony at Stockholms City Hall - as a photographer - but didn't feel I had brought any clothes that quite matched the event. I wanted to find some black pants and some flat shoes (impossible to run around in heels while taking photos..), but after a few hours without finding anything I liked I decided to go back home. On my way back, however, I stumbled across a pair of nice black shoes which I bought.

At 4.30 PM I went to the City Hall. Many, many people in dark suits and beautiful dresses, and I felt soooo underdressed!! I was SO happy I at least had my new shoes - but by the end of the evening I sure regretted putting on new shoes for that many hours.

. could hardly walk back to the hotel..

It was a fine event - the same Royals attending as yesterday. I got some great photos as they arrived, and again during the (veeeery long - at least it felt that way..) prize ceremony. I was back at the hotel at 9 PM, very exhausted - my feet hurting from wearing the new shoes, and my arms hurting from carrying the cameras..

The only thing I wanted to do was to get some sleep, but unfortunalely I had to upload photos for a few hours before going the bed.. At least I had Saturday off, and would be able to sleep as long as I wanted.. or so I though - when I checked my mail I saw that I had to be at "Hovstallet" the next morning at 8.30 AM as there would be a carridge ride with the Swedish King, Queen, the President of China and his wife (who's paid a State Visit to Sweden this weekend) - and I was supposed to take photos of the carridges.. I almost felt like crying - I was just so tired, and all I wanted was to go back to Denmark and sleep for a week.

I was in bed by 1 AM.
