Sal wanted to go out and get a beer or something, so we drove farther up in the town, and ended up at a place called "Kjeller'n"... meaning "the Basement". When we were there they were allowed only to sell beer and wine, but only a week later they got licensed to sell hard liquor. Anyway... at first this place seemed like a drag.
Alex, the Norwegian guy, was so much fun. He even has plans of going to Vegas and opening up a bar. And I really think he has the guts, the drive and the talent to pull it off. But we'll see what happens with that.... The Turkish guy, Deniz, took a fancy to Belinda and was chatting with her most of the time. His English wasn't the best, so I had to translate here and there, but for the most time he did just fine.
We ended up having a great time after all... and I'm so glad Sal and Belinda enjoyed themselves so much that they right away said they wanted to come back next summer. YAY!! :o))
