Corrieshalloch Gorge, not necessarily in Ullapool, but close to it.
Corrieshalloch Gorge and Falls of Measach This is a mile long gorge that is approximately 200ft deep. This Gorge also has a suspended bridge that was constructed by John Fowler. Yet another bridge that was kinda scary to cross, but had a great view. If I recall correctly, this bridge was a little more stirtier then the one at Rogie's Falls. This area is also easily accessed via the highway and has a car park. There is also another "bridge" of sorts, or a viewing plateform that you can go on to get a better view of the Gorge and the waterfall. This plateform was constructed with cement or some type of metal; however, they do caution that only 5 people go on the viewing plateform at a time! Perhaps it is because it is only secured from one side and went to make sure people stay safe and don't plunge to their death into the Gorge. This was another spectacular view with a little bit of sercise involved. I believe there was a little hike to the path leading to the Gorge and the viewing area. The gorge's was absolutely beautiful and worth the trip. The constracts offered from the waterfall, rocks and greens just left me in awe of the place.
