Interlaken- Last day
July 2, 2006
We went out for a traditional swiss breakfast consisting of hasbrown with bacon, herbs, and egg. I really liked it but the portion was huge... I guess american's are the only ones with big portions ;o) . We decided to go on a walk/hike for a while with a friend from the hostel. We walked along the river connecting the two lakes. It was beautiful and enjoyable. We reached an old ruins castle which wasn't that impressive but a nice surprise along the way. After a few hours we went back to the hostel to relax a little by playing cards and eatting dinner by the pool. Then we were off on the train taking a few transfers to Zurich to catch our overnight train to Paris.
