Plan B

I wish that I could tell you all about my trip to Italy after I graduated from college, but unfortunately, it was another failed attempt to get back across the ocean.  My neighbor offered up taking a trip to Rhode Island instead.  I hadn't been there since I was a little kid and she was in New England withdrawal, being from Connecticut.  So, we were off to Newport to celebrate my graduation and Danielle's birthday.  We spent a good amount of time checking out some of the old mansions, which were beautiful.  We did a little bit of shopping, but not too much since most of it was the same as all the stores back home.  The nightlife was pretty good, but so expensive.  The best part of the trip was the sailing, which we did a couple of times.  It was a relaxing way to do a little sightseeing.
