This happens EVERY SINGLE time. I wake up and I'm thinking "how and why did it fly so fast?". I actually woke up later than planned, but you could tell it was a crisp sunny day and I was all set for a long walk. And I did what I do - take tons of pictures of Earl's Court as I walked towards the Gloucester Road station. I normally walk all the way to the city centre, but I decided to Tube it to Leicester Square, caught a few more elephants AND saw the Capital FM building (yay!, LOL). I walked from here to Trafalgar Sq., to Buckingham palace, and caught the Tube back from Pic Circus to my hostel.
Reached around 8am, had b'fast and left the hostel at around 845am on the Pic Line to Heathrow.
The AA section (American Airlines) was a big mess. Dear Lord, so so many passengers, thank God I had the Gold AAVantage card so I used the Biz and 1st class section to check in. Finished security check, bought some spicy thai noodles for the flight onboard and browsed a few music shops before boarding the plane. The plane was a small one, but thankfully no one sat next to me, so I got to stretch my feet and relax. Flight took off on time, no major issues headed to one of my favourite cities in the US....
