quick beach break
to guaruja we just went because we were bored hanging around in the hostel and doing nothing at all! with we i ment me and 3 others who were all stuck in sao paulo! we desided to go to guaruja because it was the closest beach from sao paulo, we went there without having a place to sleep and although everyone was telling us that we were mad because there is just no possiblility to find a place to sleep for 4 people in the between x-mas and newyear, cause all sao paulo is at that beach right now! but we didn't care cause we planned to sleep on the beach anyway!
we got there by bus, it took us about 1 and half hour and we saw a terrible accident on that road just there were all the industrie are was a bus on fire, very scary! when we got to the rodoviaria we climbed a far to overcrowded bus to get to the beach that took us at least as much as getting there! but we made it! aqnd we enjoyed it very much, the beach is great there although there were far to many people around it didn't feel like mallorca or rimini! the sea was great, the best sea and waves to stay in water for ever!
when it got dark we went to find a cheap place to get dinner and we ended up in a ckickenrestaurand, that was nice, after we headed back to the beach to a bar of course and then the next and next, we had the hole night to pass on bars (well that was our plan, and than sleep when it gets light again!) we met a couple of brasilians who instandly invited us to their appartement, but the driver had more than enough joints and beer so i said that i wont climb in the car (i already lost a friend ones who made the wrong desision and drove with someone drunk!) so we stayed on the beach and went on from bar to bar! but we told our brasilian friends that we'll meet them next day for lunch.
sunrise

after a very long night i saw the most amasing sunrise, the 2 male friends were so drunk that we couldn't propperly talk to them, eventough one joined a game of football at about 5a.m. and was so proud that he played beachfootball in brasil that he talked about it for the rest of the day! we found ourself a place to sleep and stayed there the whole morning until lunch where we met the brasilians from last night, they invited us, although i didn't climb their car last night, they were so amased to find backpackers in guaruja, we then went with them to their appartement where we met the whole family including grandpa and ma! they made us caipirinha with maracuja (passion fruit) delisios! and than payed the taxi to the rodoviaria because the couldn't drive us there, just because we were foreigners, amasing! and in the rest of the country paulistas were known as arrogant and unwelcoming, so wrong!
