Check out the spread! And that's not even half of it!
2 books, 3.5 movies and 22 hours later we are finally in Seoul. The flight was uneventful, just the typical crying babies and the person behind you that kicks but other than that great flight. We flew Singapore Airlines and the service was great. The food was okay but that’s high praise for airline food.

Lily and Kathy met us at the airport and thank goodness they did. We would have been so lost. We took the “airport limousine” (which is really just a 55-pax motorcoach) into town and Lily’s dad grabbed our luggage and we went out for our first real Korean meal. After taking our shoes off and sitting down on the floor, the food arrived and I couldn’t believe the spread. Kimchi, little spicy shrimp, baked fish, fried potatoes, kimchi soup, soup made of rice & sesame seeds, cucumber kimchi, Korean pancakes, bibimbap and more things that I don’t remember. Even with the amount of food, I am defiantly going to loose some weight on this trip. I’m being adventurous and trying things, just not caring for the taste. We stopped at the bakery for breakfast breads and then went back to Lily’s to call it a night. I hate jet lag!
