Tour through the city Bangkok

Today I finally did a tour instead of relaxing near the swimming pool. I used all the 'special kinds of transport'; first on the back of a motorcycle, then by boat and then the tuk tuk. The boat was the most special one. As you can see on the first pictures of today it was a very big boat, full with local people. I expected small boats and a quite boattrip. When the big boat arrived the people in the boat pulled the blue plastic, as protection for water / waves, down so the people could get in or out of the boat. I was one of the three who wanted to enter the boat and I thought 'That boat is full'. But that was a western kind of thinking... It wasn't full... You have to jump on the boat when it floates by, so I jumped.. into the 'standing area'. Because the roof was 175 high it was not the most comfortable trip, but it was a unexpected 'adventures' experience, which I like! For once.. or maybe twice.. Maybe you just have to get used to it.. It is also one of the cheapest and fastest ways to travel from one side of the sity to the other one.. It costs you 12 Bath. That's 12 / 45 = EUR 0,27 ct. for a nice experience!
