Washington DC - I hate Schoolclasses!

We arrived Washington with Megabus and it was pitch dark when we arrived. We headed on the Metro to Takoma Station where the "Hilltop Hostel" was located. Its a good hostel with a patio in the background and a good place to meet people and drink. I was out on the patio every night and made quite a few new good friends.

Everything you have come to see in Washington is within easy reach of walking around the National Mall and a short subway ride to Arlington Cemetary and the Pentagon. I will however warn EVERYBODY about how annoyed you will be with small childen and kids from elementary school and how noisy it is if you put 25 kids together.

This is what we did in Washington DC:

Air and Space Museum - The best Museum ive visited! They have everything a guy can want in this museum.

We probably spent at least 4 hours in this museum alone and we didnt really want to leave , but we felt bad spending all our time in one museum.

Arlington Cemetery - Arlington is a military Cemetery. Arlington is quite crowded with Tours and other people so i didnt really enjoy it as much as the "American Cemetery" In Manila, Philippines. They are basicly the same thing, but where i saw 2 other people in Manila i saw thousands at Arlington.

Bureu of Ingraving - This is where they make a whole lot of US Dollars. After a short tour you can go to the gift shop where they sell quite a lot of cool stuff.

National Museum of Natural Science - Fosils of Dinosaurs , whales and stuff. Its a good museum for its target group, but for us it was quite boring and we spent less than 45minutes here.

Museum of American Cultural History - This is a good Museum with a lot of cool items from the cultural history of the US. From the Manhattan Project to self-driving cars and the public belief in technology and how it has shaped their lives. We spent 1hour in this museum rushing through the Exhibit since it was close to closing time.

Capitol Hall - Went on a guided tour in the Capitol. Shup up early if you want to get tickets.

Washington Monument - We went to the top. Got tickets at around 10:00.

Visited Pentagon and the Pentagon Memorial for the people fallen in the 9/11 attack.
