I decided flight to India via Chennai instead of Delhi. The primary reason is I really impressed by the temple of Mardurai.. In fact, my original itinerary mainly focus on north India.. After some studied, first step, I wanted to visit Madurai, Thanjavur, Trichy.. however, I found it's almost impossible to visit these 3 cities in 3 days. I couldn't find the best connection.. I started to feel, I won't have chance to visit Madurai, where is my reason here and the oldest temple city with stunning great Shiv temple.. Meanwhile, I will be very happy if I could visit Trichy, where is more close to Chennai and with the biggest Shiv Temple I wanna see.
The owner of guest house is only one could speak very good English and provide me travel info. however, he said contact him after 10AM.. I decided to explore Chennai by walk from 8AM to see if I could get some travel info.. if not, I will come back too seek for help after 10AM.. There is a lady whom should be God sent to help me~ she saw me helplessly looking for the map.. she came to help me.. she took me to the tourism infomation I planed to visit by Autorickshaw.. and it's just a travel agent, I got nothing there.. after that.. she decided to skip her work at the morning and take me to bus travel agent.. She told me the place we met is not her usual route.. she said she is also a Christian and prayed to God for having a friend few days ago.
Me and the kind lady went to breakfast.. we tried very local India food and Coffee, which are great!! Indian Coffee is extremely sweet.. We sperated after buying my ticket and setting up my trip in south India.. She prayed for me and gave me a bible as gift~ She invited me to visit her later coming back to Chennai.. unluckily, I got everything mess up, I couldn't contact her again when I was in India.. I wish I will have the chance to contact her again..
The most amazing thing is I got my night coach ticket to Madurai and back from Thanjavur.
