We depart Wadi Musa at around 6.30am & yes, I did left something in the camp - my mobile phone! Only realised that when I left Jordan. So please let me know if anyone is going to Wadi Rum & then to Bahrain because I need your help to collect my phone for me as it's now kept with the wadi rum guide. Haha...I'm serious about this.
We've hired a driver (Sa'ad @ HP: 962 77926936) to take us to Madaba, Mt Nebo, Dead Sea & Amman for a rate of JOD100. We felt that was easier, since he will be waiting for us at each point & save our time as we'd like to reach Amman before 4pm. The journey from Wadi Rum to Madaba took around 4hrs.
Madaba is famous for its mosaics so we visited the St George's Church which has the Mosaics Map located. It is a large map made of mosaic back in 560 AD, storylining and marking the biblical sites in Middle East. The entrance ticket costs JOD 1.
After that, we proceed with Mt Nebo. The highlight of the trip was the view of Jericho, Jerusalem, Jordan Valley & Dead Sea. Entrance ticket is JOD 1. There were also a museum showcasing some events & significance of the site. There were also more mosaics displayed. After spending about 45mins, we head to Dead Sea.
