Working out 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, IS possible

Stopping for a water break on the boiling hot highway

Yes, it is possible, because I did it. Here's how it works:

The day begins at 7.30am with a quick walk on the beach, about an hour. Then some breakfast. Then you go back down to the beach for a bit of Qi Gong, about 45 minutes. After that you rush back to the hotel, get a drink of water, get changed, and go to do Core workout for about 45 minutes, which is how long you can do situps before you pass out. Then you walk over to the fancy gym and pool in Alcúdia, where you happily slide into the cool water with a view over the mountain range for a bit of water aerobics, roughly an hour. After this, you get some well-needed rest. Then, if you want to, you can come back to the gym for some Boxercise, or why not some weight lifting. After this you can go to a dance class. And then your day is over, 8 hours have somehow passed, and the next day you can do it all again!

One day I went for a 720 km bike ride - the hardest thing I ever did, but it was worth all the sweat and tears. (Sweat during the actual bike ride, and tears from the ache in every muscle in my body the day after.)

I want to do it again!!!
