Many buses from Montevideo to Salto, I went overnight and it left at 12 at night. Cost was 500 which is $25 US about, the time was 7 hours.
Dayman is the Thermals and buses start at 7:30am, you walk 3blocks up from bus station and turn right, and just on top side of street bus will pass to Dayman, cost is $1 US and takes about 10 minutes.
Bus and ferry to Concordia are same price about 75 Peso so $4 say, bus takes 1h and ferry takes 10mins so I went ferry, there are not so many times, try to catch one by 6 in afternoon. Make sure you get passport stamps an a taxi from port to bus station is $2US and looks bit dirty near port.
From Concordia to Iguazu bus said it leaves 7:15pm and the other line said 8:00pm so we went for 7 but it came at 8:30. The cost was 150 Pesos so $40US and the bus took 14hours to get to Iguazu but it said 12hours. Also the baggage guy made me pay him 50cents and ticked me off after I been waiting 9hours at bus station. There ws puke on bus not cleaned up whole time and food and seats not so good so maybe go the more expensive bus, the bus i went was express singer.
