We set off early to our last destination, Chang Sha.  Chang sha is a b ig city, which has a long history.

Along the way from Chang De to Chang Sha, we stopped by Shaoshan, which is the hometown of Mao Zedong.  However, I wasnt very interested in the communist history of China.  We went to a big square, where there is a bronze statue of Mao, went to his home and lastly to a museum.  After a short stay there, we continue our jounery to Yue Lin Academy, which is one of the four olodest academy in China.  It is just an exeperience to see the architecture, the environment of ancient scholars in China.  Of course, the curriculum is still old school there.

It was getting colder as compared to the temperature in Zhang Jia Jie.

The wind blew very hard.  We travelled some more and reached
Hunan in the evening.  We went to a pedestrain shopping street and ate at a famous restuarant.  There was stinking tofu there also.  the difference between the stinking tofu here and the ones in Taiwan, I would say, is the colour.  China stinking tofu is black. hmmm.

Anyway, fo me, the highlight of today is checking in at the only 5-star hotel, we are staying at.  After visiting all the recreational centres in the hotels we stayed previously, this one was the best, and most professtional.  We have a room to ourselves when we visited the centre for a foot massage seesion, the chairs are big and is 180 fully incline0able.  Unlike the ones we visited in our previous nights, the ladies were prim and proper and professtional.  Anyway, we were given the best relaxation massage session there.
