When you get out from the train there will wait for you people who would like to offer you a transfer to Krabi.
The prices are reasonable but it can be cheaper when you would take public transport or when you haggle.
We paid 250 BHT, but it can be cheaper. At 5 o'clock it is not worth to search sth else because you are to tired.
The journey took 2 or 3 hours, because we were in every town on the route. Of course you can ask about the route and choose this bus transport which offers you the minimum stops but it takes time and maybe you could wait longer before bus go away.
We stayed in the hotel - AC 500 BHT, but very clean. Unfortunately we were robbed there when we left there our back packs and some money (not big) but I'll will write a review about this hostel.
We took a trip around the Krabi's bay. We visited farm fish. On a farm fish it is good to leave some tip - there is a box to put some money. You can see the village. 1.5h boat tour costed 500 BHT per 2 persons).
We went to Ao Nang beach. It was after rain and ebb. It was possible to see small crabs at the beach.
We made a reservation for the transport on Pukhet. (By Boat 650 BHT /person)
HOSTEL 500 BHT
SOUP on the small food market at the river - 30 BHt
FANTA 20 BHT
POSTCARDS and STAMPS (16 BHT x 6 stamps + 5 BHT x 6 Postcards = 105 BHT)
