Boatride

I had to wake up at 430am because we have to catch up with the earliest boat which leaves at 5am,530am then 7am and 8am at Sabang port in Partido.(1 to 2 hours fro Naga City ) Its a relatively big banca (outrigger) and its capacity can be filled up to 72 passengers.Theres just enough space for everyone but not enough room to circulate so just enjoy the 2 to to 3 hours boat ride where we saw the rugged mountains and hills. Then we arrived in Guijalo port in Caramoan, its high tide so the boat can go near the port: during low tides the passengers will be picked up by smaller bancas to the port.So wear shorts and sandals.

Guijalo Port,Caramoan
Not advisable for children and elderly.

From guijalo port you can rent bancas from the porters so that you can be brought to the nearest beach or isles. Rates depend on how big the banca is or how far is your destination.Asks the advise of the porter for further information. Our choice of beach is in Tinago beach. Its just 30 mins away from the guijalo port.It is protected by limestone rocks so its secluded and very private. There are no accomodations except for the open hut where we can sit and put our things. Bring your water, tent and food or you can buy fish at the port and grille it there.Meanwhile we enjoyed the small pocket  beach and the green flora around us.  Bring your favorite hammock, book and pillows  watched the world pass us by. We where picked up by the same banca later in the afternoon so that we can stay  in a private house for the night. Next time we will bring our tent and spend the night in the beach.

We have to catch up for the earliest boat again which leaves at 7am.The waves were manageable so we rode our way smoothly til we reach sabang port.
