so it is my bday 29 .....happy bday to my twin blake...wish he could be here too..

we started off the day an hour later...thankfully...after yesterdays drive...everyone needed the extra sleep....we headed downtown to meet our guide for the morning...we had a walking tour of berlin which was absolutely amaazing...i learned more in 3 hours about world war 2 and germany than i ever did in school.... what a history here...quite sad to say the least but wow....damn commies and the berlin sad....highlights included the brandenberg gate, the tv tower, the berlin wall, the holocaust memorial, museum island, where hitler's bunker was, and consequently the general location where he took cyanide and was burned with gasoline..etc....

it is a lovely city..which is very young and ever changing.... due to the reconstruction....

i apologize for the brevity here, but i am still trying to process what i saw today...considering it impacted the entire world... and was directly related to 50 million + deaths.

may we all be free from suffering and the cause of suffering. jai ma.

tonight, we are doing an spy and espionage tour of berlin...then perhaps a drink for my 29th...
