the ride back to Lima

We took the overnight Cruz del Sur Bus and arrived in Lima mid morning. Jlocs had to sit in first class due to a ticket snafu- and had a bad
ride. He said the bottom was smelling quite awful and was very happy to get off the bus in Lima- funny to the rest of us. We only had a day to kill here because our flight to Cusco left early Friday morning. We decided to stay at the Kokopelli Hostel again, and it was a good choice. Our objective was to plan our day at Machu Pichu and secure ways in and out the area. It wasn't as easy as we had thought, probably because we waited till the last minute. So we were stressed. There was a different guy, Nicholas, working the front desk, but we figured we'd ask him for some help. He was great- he booked it all for us- bus, train, bus, guided tour, and entrance to Machu Pichu.
So with that behind us and taken care of it was time to drink. Our night began by hanging out on the roof top bar for a quick minute and meeting some ladies, one who eventually convinced BK to go get a tattoo. So we all stroll out and look for a tattoo joint that they know about and BK gets it started. Jlocs, Erate, and I were not going to wait for this to go on so we hit the streets and ended up finding a tight casino. It was called Atlantic City and we drank some beers and lost some money for a while. The beer was free and the minimums bets were $2 USD on the blackjack table so we had a good time before heading back to meet up with BK. We rolled back to the Kokkopelli and ended up going out to a club in Lima with one of the owners of the hostel, who like the first was a cool dude. He got us in free and didn't have to wait in any lines-very nice. The club was super tight and BK and I stayed till about 5:30-6am when they bounced us out. It would make for a rough morning in an hour.
