Twas the night before Christmas... err.... the trip

Well, here we go.... it's now t-minus 12 hours til I get to the airport to check into my flight. I'm finally starting to get truly excited for the trip, and can't wait to get it started. Though, quite honestly, I'm not really looking forward to hitting the road at 7 in the am to get to the airport in due time.... Guess you gotta take the bumps on the road somewhere.
So we'll see how this goes.

So here we go....
I've joined a GAP adventures tour of China and Japan (Trip code ACCJ in case you wanted to know) that will take me on a 18 day tour through Northern China and the south of Japan. I'll hit up Beijing to start, through the City of Xi'an then Shanghai. That's one full week in China, then a 2 day ferry to Japan. I'll visit Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyoto, Mt. Fuji and finally Tokyo.
The kicker to all this is that I'm taking a couple days in Hong Kong before the tour even starts.
Not sure what to write at the moment.... But I'm sure it'll pick up over the next couple of days.
