Day 1

...arrived around 2am in LCCT (Low Cost Carrier Terminal)...
...very early check-in at our hotel (Zon All Suites)... i made a huge mistake in booking our reservation... i should have booked it at Oct. 27 and not on Oct. 28 but thank you to their very accommodating staff, they still managed to give us a room to stay... they gave us a two-bedroom suite and we only paid for a one-bedroom suite... (lol)
...woke up at 8am... had our buffet breakfast (the usual meehon, curry chicken, eggs, watermelon, and a lot more)...
...headed towards Genting Highlands... took the Putra LRT from Ampang Park to Terminal Putra Station... took the Genting Express Bus that left at 10:30am... rode the Skyway cable car to Genting...
...the only sad part was that it was raining and we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor rides... still, the indoor rides made our day... the fun part was snow world... it was really very cold, you could even make a snowman inside it...

I loved The Zon. The rooms were very nice. It was also clean and spacious. The rooms were almost 5-star quality. The bathroom was quite big. It has all the needed toiletries. There were two cabled televisions, one in the room and the other one in the sala. There's a couch also. There's free internet access and ironing service. You can even see the Petronas Towers from the window. Also, their breakfast buffet was very filling. It was really a great way to start our day. I could not ask anything more from The Zon. It's very highly recommended.
