Kona Brewing Company

There isn't a big variety of restaurants at the Honolulu Airport. I try to avoid the fast food places because they always seem to give me a stomach ache. That doesn't leave many options. One place I seem to always end up at is the Kona Brewing Company. The Kona Brewing Company is a chain of restaurants in Hawaii. The one in the airport has a limited menu but there are enough choices to satisfy everybody. They offer burgers, sandwiches and salads. Oh yeah, liquor too - just in case you feel the need to catch a buzz before you fly.

Service has always been good. And the food is nothing to complain about. On this occasion I had a French Dip sandwich with a salad. The sandwich comes with potato chips but I generally opt for a salad in my feeble attempt to eat healthy. Being healthy comes at a price because they charge extra to substitute a salad :(

If you're hungry and don't want Burger King, then find your way over to the Kona Brewing Company. Have some food, watch some TV and catch a buzz before your flight. The Kona Brewing Company is located in the section of the airport for the flights to the mainland USA.
