Bright and early and im off on the plane to Copenhagen, had the whole day planned  out :) As soon as we reached Copenhagen off we went to buy our tickets for the train to Malmo. It was freezing! Waiting for the train wasnt long and once on it we began to enjoy the view on the bridge on the way over to Sweden. What was the first builing we saw coming into Sweden??  it was an ikea ha ha :)

Once then which took around 20 mins we were off exploring :) Malmo is quite a small place but full of history :) once we walked round the town we were off for dinner, we decided to pick a place that was quite busy (has to be good then doesnt it :) ) we  had to wait a long time, once in there we began looking at the menu it seemed very expensive, but they had a lunch menu that was a lot cheaper.
We ordered from this menu, all i can say is that the food was supurb and excellent value for money.

Then we were off again, out and off to see the main building in malmo the twisting torso, however there were a lot of building works going on and we couldnt get very close to it at all.

IT was around 3pm by this time and we knew if we wanted to see any of Copenhagen we needed to head back now. We jumped on the next train and in 25 mins we were in the centre of Copenhagen. We wandered around the city for a bit but decided we wanted to go and see the mermaid, we began asking around as we couldnt see it on a map, we got told that it was too far to walk as it was on the outskirts of the city and the best thing to do would be to grab a taxi. This is exactly what we did and it was too long to walk, once there the taxi driver waited for us to go see it and have some pictures, this was really good for him.

once back in town we went to Tivoli gardens this was fantastic! All decorated with Pumpkins and in halloween theme, we had to pay to get in but it wasnt much and was worth it so much. It began to become a lot colder and we decided to get a hot chocolate :) everything inside Tivoli is quite expensive, food and drink wise.

We didnt have long until we had to head back to the airport, had been a long but very exciting day :D
