A very wet morning in Ketchikan.

I’m not sure how to write about days at sea so some of the pictures here will be from yesterday.

 

Today we are in Ketchikan.  It’s raining, but we are going to go ashore anyway.  We have an umbrella and our windbreakers to help keep us dry.  (Boy did they not work!!)  After two hours we were soaked to the gills!  We don’t have any tours set up but seeing the main downtown area is all we really care about anyway.  We did get to see the Historic Museum, the infamous Creek Street, and the Salmon Ladder.  Not much more to see in town unless you want to buy jewelry, souvenirs, or jewelry.  Oh, did I mention jewelry!  :)
