Cotswolds Way - me and my 11 year old niece

Hiking in the Cotswolds is a bucolic adventure, with plenty of wildflowers, ruins, stiles, sheep, horses and enroute entertainment to please any 11 year old.
We based our adventures in Chipping Campden, a delightful, quiet town with a few great pubs & restaurants, a few hotels/B&B's, a picturesque downtown, and some upscale, limited shopping.
With over 99 miles of trails to explore, we started each day from Chipping Campden and explored paths up Dover's Hill, trekked to Broad Campden and Broadway, and explored pastures and ruins.   Each day's hike took us between 4-8 hours and were all gentle, easy hiking - good for the young and old.
Smart to bring water, a snack and a rain jacket in case of showers.  In the larger villages, it is possible to get food & drink & even shopping enroute!

Wish we could have spent longer,

Great hiking, dining for families & couples.

Never too late indeed, as long as there is life in us right? Will do, thanks for the encouragement.
