Posada el Carrousel

Posada el Carrousel is the best place to camp or sleep in a hammock in Piste. The bus noise and diesel fumes are no issue here as they are at the Piramide Inn. Camping or hammock rental is $4.00 per person per night. A hammock can be provide and has been included in the price in the past. The biggest plus about the Posada el Carrousel is their in house restaurant. They offer great meals beginning around $2.00. Their hours are also great 7AM to 11PM. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. They got a mechanic to come to the Posada on a Sunday to welding my spring bracket on my truck. If all I need was a good meal and a place to camp or hang a hammock, Posada el Carrousel is the best place in the State of Yucatan.
