Good Morning Seattle!!!! Went out last night. Stopped at Seattle Eagle and The Cuff. Both were good but we like The Cuff. Great dance music!! Got home around 2:30 and we are up at 8:00 this morning. We are ready for the day. The weather has not been to bad. It's been overcasted and cold so far and it has only rained on us once. I consider that great for Seattle.
What a beautiful day it has been. The sun came out!!! Up early agian this morning and we headed down to Pike's Place Market. Saw the pig, infamous gum wall, and the fisherman throwing around the fish. Cool to watch. Did a little shopping and people watching.
To get to the aquarium from the market you need to take a bridge/walkway over to the evelvators, down seven floors to the bottom of the parking garage.
We then headed down to Pioneer Square. This is were the city of Seattle got it's start. Old brick buildings really a beautiful part of the city. We headed down to Pioneer Park to take a few photos of the totum pole. The offer a underground tour of Seattle from here. It's a 90 minute walking tour. Decided not to do it this time.
We headed back to the waterfront to catch our Argosy Cruise harbor tour. Agian using our CityPass. It's a great one hour tour. Great views of the city and puget sound. We got to see some seals on a buoy and the Olympic Mountains off in the distance.
Lunchtime...Red Robin. It was located right off the exit of our cruise.
Stopped by Hard Rock Cafe Seattle to get my guitar magnet. I've slowly collected them over the past few years. $12.00 each.
