Well good morning SEATTLE!! Opened the curtains this morning and everything is all wet. Checked the weather channel and we have a 70% chance of rain today. UGH!! We saved the indoor stuff for today and it worked out well.
Again, we used our CityPass!!
Visted the EPM Museum, Pacific Science Center, and rode the trolly out to Lake Union. First stop was the EPM. It opened at 10:00am and gave us a chance to sleep in a little this morning. They have the Avatar Exhabition going on with movie props and inter-active displays. Really cool. We both had fun with this. Horror and SciFi was next. With movie props from Saw, Friday the 13th, Creature for the Black Lagoon, Alien, and Hostel. They had a Jimmy Hendricks section and they were setting up Nirvana.
Pacific Science Center was awesome. Lots of inter-active things to do. Butterfly Garden, IMAX theaters, we saw Rocky Mountain Express, Any and everything with science was represented. If you love science this place is for you. Bees, Bugs, Tidal Flow, Rubiks Cube, Water Fountain Fun, Snakes, Scorpions, and Games. Just a lot to do here.
We headed downtown and took the Lake Union Trolly. We are trying to get out of the tourist sections and explore the city. Nice ride out to Lake Union. Took a few pictures and headed back into downtown. It was dinner time and decided to eat dinner in the Westlake Mall foodcourt. We had Tereyaki Chicken and Sushi. Everything was made fresh and it was delicious. The prices were not to bad. For dinner and a soda was $10.15.
Back to the hotel we went. What a great vacation in Seattle. We have both really enjoyed ourselfs. It's up at 3:00am tomorrow morning. Taking the light rail back to SEATAC. Flight leaves at 7:25am.
