Heading South of the Border

Currently still in the planning stages but we are heading to the Yucatan for two weeks from October 17th through November 2nd with plans to do some diving, some beaching, some ruins and lots of dining.  Any suggestions appreciated....


Friday October 16th 5:09 PM - Cracking a beer to start the vacation early.  Cindy is printing out boarding passes and we are off early tomorrow morning for a hopefully very relaxing vacation!


Monday October 26th - In the middle of our trip leaving Merida for Campeche with some stops along the way including the ruins at Uxmal. Having a blast in the Yucatan, plus got a commission statement today so at least we can partially afford the condo in Mammoth and all this fun in Mexico.    The food is great, the beers are cold (and usually cheap) and of course the tequila is tasty.  A few days in Campeche, some more ruins in Izmal and then it is R&R time at the Hilton Cancun to burn some HHonors points and relax before heading back home.
