It was a long weekend, so there was no problem with times, yay! He gave me the name of his hotel and it was very well located. I usually drive in front of it every time I'm going to this part of the city, sweet! It was so good Eddy got a Peruvian phone, now we were in contact. I arrived to the hotel and there he was waiting for me with 2 presents: one for me and the other for Gunther, awwww.
I asked him if he had any special request for lunch, but he eats everything, great! Well, we were in Lima, so fish and seafood was a must. We went to one of my favorite restaurants. We were lucky I found a parking spot right in front of the restaurant. Furthermore the place wasn't totally crowded and we could find a nice table at the terrace, when we were climbing the stairs I saw a familiar face and was the chef welcoming us - cool!
Food was delicious as usual, but what I enjoyed the most was talking to Eddy. He really loves to travel and has been in so many places. It's easier to ask him which places he's missing to visit. OMG! I'm so jealous - in a good way of course. I had a great time listening about his travels to Asia, New Guinea, Africa, etc. He has been in touristy places but also in some places I have never thought about visiting. Nice! I had already plans to meet a friend, so I couldn't stay longer with Eddy, but we'd meet next day before he lives to Cusco. I could hardly wait to go back home and try Gunther his new present :)
