I went to Cirali

For some reason, travbuddy does not have Cirali, so I had to choose Olympos instead. Maybe it's because this small village is too small and thus, too ignored. Cirali is a half-hour walk on the beach from Olympos. I highly recommend staying at Cirali and visiting Olympos. Here's why:
- Olympos beach is CROWDED. Cirali is not.
- Olympos beach is accessible a long distance away from the pensions. Cirali is about 100m away (if you stay near the beach). There's no accommodation in Olympos that's near the beach.
- Olympos beach is accessible via the ruins, which closes at 7pm everyday. That means no beach activity after 7pm. With Cirali, there are beach chairs available where you can sit at midnight and gaze at the stars.
- To get to Chimaera from Olympos, you have to take a 15lira tour. From Cirali, you can cycle or take a 2-3km walk there.

Chimaera fire
Chimaera is a short hike away from Cirali. It's a naturally-occurring fire from the earth and there were several, coming out from stone. To reach it, you have to hike up a hill for 800m. Try getting there around 6-7pm to make the climb up. Bring a torch too so you can see once it gets dark.
