Discovering some of the most beautiful and interesting places on the planet for oneself in Mexico, and CM was one of the most memorable times in my life. Spending time with people from all over the world was just absolutley exhilarating! Since everyone had a different outlook on life in CM than the USA it changed my perspective on living and understanding the world and its people!

Ancient Myan Ruins and discovery of great civilizations!

1st hostel i stayed in @cancoon, Mexico!
This was an amazing trip which took my friend Fernando and I 2 hours from Cancoon before we arrived in Tulum, Mexico.  Where the blue green sparkleing was clear as a bright sunny day!  What was most memorable was seeing how, and why this ancient civilization created this "fort" next to one of the most beautiful beaches ive ever seen.  Half of everything i saw with my own 2 eyes was "postcard."!  We walked around for a bit on land to take in all the orchestrated history from once long ago and understand why this place was choosen by ancient civilizations!  some of the buildings intricate handcarved stoneworked apeared to be of what once resembled a religious temple or meeting place for the poeple.  After admiring the ruins for a while i went to the clifface and i looked over to see one of the most beautiful beaches and taking in the misty salty air through my nostrils was fresh and awakening like the smell of aged cheese!  Once were down there we decided to go for a swimm but i wasnt just going to go in the usual way! oh no, Looking up the edge of the rock face cliff caught my eye.

There was a rock ledge jutting out.  So i pulled myself up one hand after the other like cliffhanger, griping the granite with my shoe and standing up tall 20 foot over the water!  I looked out at the ocean like a sailor looks out at land from thier crows nest wondering how far out i could see into the turning waves of the depths.  after my foot cramped up i decided to let go and i plunged down into the water feet first with the intense salty flavor of the ocean water on my tougn i swam to shore with ease with my awaiting friend excited to tell me about the photo he took.  still more to come..! enjoy.
