We once again said our final goodbyes to Kev and Betty before taking the four hour train to Northern Ireland.  We had a flight out of Belfast the next day at eight so we booked a hostel room in Belfast and decided to just hang around the city for the night.  When we got to the train station we discovered we had quite a long walk to the hostel that actually wove through the center of the city.  Two birds with one stone.  So on the way we looked at a few of the shops and the landscape.  After a bit we made it to our hostel and were. . .mortified.  It was a horrific building situated down a dark ally.  In all fairness it was a great place to be mugged.  The hostel itself wasn't much better, we had a room with thirty other people and a shower that gargled non stop and spit black water.  So we locked up all the valuables and got the hell out of there until it was time for bed.  With nothing to do we grabbed dinner at a pizza joint and decided we would see a movie in English while the opportunity was still available.  So we caught a flick and by that time it was finished it was time to turn in.  When we got back to the hostel we sat around for a bit on the Internet planning ahead for the trip.  There was a book exchange that we swapped our books for new ones, which was a welcome part of the hostel.  We slept uneasily, but after a bit we drifted away into the night.  Cheers.
