- me and tim went to sydney centre on the train. we went shopping around the large buildings, it was like a mix of america and england culture thrown into one. we both then had a maccers for lunch - this is more like it! i feel i might put the pounds back on now.
- we walked down oxford street and bond street ( no im not delusional there are london named streets in sydney you idiots) and all the shops down these streets were just as expensive as the ones in london. we then walked down to the opera house through the botanic gardens and through a parliament house area and this is where sue met tim. sue had bought tim a ticket for an opera show that involved her children at school singing. i left tim there and said i would meet them both back at the house.
- i tried to find sydney station and was finding it rather difficult but i just decided to follow the mass of people heading in one way, it was around 5:00pm so i thought people were probably heading for the station to go home. it ended up being a good choice to make and i made my way home on the train. i got off at hornsby because not all trains stop at mount colah and then i got a taxi back to the house for $15. i went to a liquorland which is basically an off-license and bought a 6 pack of pure blonde (a beer not women) and had one on the way back to the house.
- i had dinner with gareth because sue and tim were still at the opera house and then we both went to sleep before they got back. i was really enjoying having tim around.
