finally im wirtting my first blog for the year 2009.I thought i could have done more travels this years ,but unfortunaltely some thing didnt get well,so i just done my first short travel in Central-West Greece.Edessa has always special place in my heart ,as i have done my military service in this area and spend 16months there.I can say its my second hometown:-).So after 12 years i had the opportuniyu to visit it an show it to my relatives:-).Its small but an interesting town with waterfalls. Its just about 90 klm north of Thessaloniki and i recommend it to every Thessaloniki visitor to make this short travel.Having lot of ancient history in the area Edessa it has its unique with the waterfalls and the so much green. It settle up on a hill and has wonderfull view also. And good choice is to make bit more klm norther and can visit also the Loutraki-Aridaias spring helat waters area.Have nice travels:-)
