Back in Bogota

After the heat of Cartegena it was rather odd to come back to a chilly Bogota in jeans and jumpers but it was good to be back.
With only one day it meant we didnt have a lot of time to enjoy the city so we headed to the Botero museum to enjoy the artwork. A quick stop at Pitstop for the best Falafel outside of Israel (it really is!) and we were ready for Sedar night, Colombian style. What is interesting is that shul is the same the world over, women gossip, men "shush" us and everyone, and i mean everyone, has a new outfit to wear. We were a little underdressed perhaps? Fortunately a group of lovely local people took us under their wing and we sat with them at the sedar table so we could share the time together. It was really interesting to have sedar in another country, its almost exactly the same, i dont know if i had expected a massive difference or not, but it was comforting to realise that some things never change.
So after two weeks together, we had the last supper and went to bed ready for an early morning flight. Another chapter of the journey coming to an end.
