Roadtrip with Diana to jardin, one of her favorite towns. She gets all giddy(smiley and excited) when she talks about it ;) First i will talk about the trip then a few words about Diana at the bottom

Jardin is a cool old town, not very big but a very nice central plaza with a kick ass cathedral and cool old buildings. same kind of bus ride as i mentioned before = windy roads driven too fast so i got no sleep and fealt a bit out of sorts(head queezy). i wish it was not 4 hours of this each way as it was a nice town to visit. but only 1 day needed there. type of place u could go for 2-3 days to just get away, espcially at the place we were supposed to stay at. The hotel was only one with a jacuzzi(hot tub) but it was broken and was only a "luke warm" tub.

:) :)
and the pool was chilly. Was not worth the big prices they asked for without those, so we went back into town and found some good local inexpensive food and instead of fancy hotel food we would have had. I enjoyed some good fish :)

I should mention the hotel we first tried would not give us a break on rates. it is a bit expensive there cuz u get 3 meals a day served to u and the amenities, but we explained if the main thing that really sets them out is the pool and hot tub then maybe they could give a break on price since could not use? the manager said no on the phone even though it was 9:30 at night and only 50% full for the night.. silly , they could have had $75 if gave us a discount but instead got nothing.. the place we stayed at was kind of better except no hot tub.

i liked the 3 beds , 1 for each of us and 1 for unpacking bags :)

Oh ya dont forget to grab your shower gel and shampoo from the shower when u leave the hotel ;)

Some cool pics below of different times of day and different angles of the Jardin cathedral(outside only).

MY GOOD FRIEND DIANA: I have said stuff already on this blog , but i want to again say thanks. She was a great host to me when i visited(as well as her family) and she has been very supportive during our friendship and she is very UNselfish as well to her friends and family. She was the one who organized our trip to Santa Elena one night and was concerned everything would go good, thats how she is wanting people to be happy and taken care of.

I myself am similar to her in ways like this at times in life, putting others before ourselves - so i can understand the stress it can cause and the feelings of "why did i do that" at times after it causes us grief/drama/awkwardness/uncomfy feelings in our lives for helping others. So i have even more appreciation for people that go out of their way even with no real benefit in it for themselves. Diana has many obligations with work and family(especially lately with family) so she does not have a lot of time for CS stuff and helping, but when she does get involved she is a great help. I had a fun time during my trip, thanks for inviting me and thanks for your patience and toleration and overall good attitude and helpfulness. :) DIANA'S TB NAME = "PAISA29" AND HER LINK IS ON 1ST PAGE OF THIS BLOG.
