Fort Collins Rocks!
September 5, 2009
Fort Collins, Colorado is the quite arguably perfection in terms of what a town/small city should be.
Sitting at the foot of the Rockies, with a very temperate climate, this charming city of 100,000 people has it all. Most people get around on bicycles and most of the dining is done outdoors on a patio. Definitley my kind of place!
Fortunately for me, I came at just the right time. My couch surfiing hosts informed me of a bicycle parade the next morning, where they were going to attempt to break the Guiness world record. So, I postponed my Saturday departure for a few hours and joined the masses. What a blast!
I definitely recommend checking out the scene around Labor Day in For Collins!
