Visit to Volendam on the IJsselmeer

Today we visited the village Volendam, well known from their fishery and famous singers and bands.
The weather in Volendam was fine, a combination of clouds and a bit off sun, we had a nice walk over "de dijk" which gives a beautiful view over the IJsselmeer, a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants are located on or close near "de dijk".
while walking over "de dijk" we saw an interview of SBS6 shownieuws with the singing duo Nick and Simon.
Of course we also went for a picture with the traditional clothing, which was very nice to do.
