Melbourne from the air
Gday everyone! please imagine this blog in an australian accent as i am tryin to get it back for the hotness facta.. hahah so i left rainy las vegas on a friday.. yes it was raining and my flight to san fran was delayed due to storms in vancouva..but it was alright cause i had plenty of time before my connecting flight to NZ... safe to say that i did not get much sleep and i think i watched around 6 movies and a few tv shows along my journey.. when i arrived in NZ auckland i took a few pics of vegemite and all the stuff that reminded me of home.. and thats when i realized that everyone here was bloody tall!! they are atleast 6 feet... i was kinda bummed out. hahah but oh well.. my connecting flight to melbourne was only 3 hours long... my uncle and dad was there to pic me up.. (it was fathers day when i arrrived on a sunday) and when i got home my mum was cooking lunch for everyone.. ( we were also celebrating her birthday) so all the relatives where there.. i saw all my little cousins who were taller than me ofcourse..(but thats because most of them are half australian) so genetic wise they got lucky. hahah we had lots of traditional filipino food.. i was really jetlagged at this point and had to crash since i didnt get any sleep at all... all in all it was a good welcome party.. still cant get over the accents though..
