My husband had wanted to visit Antartica while it was not even remotely on my mind. But it turned out to be a most unforgettable and wonderful experience. In writing this travelogue I am reliving the journey myself.

arriving in Buenos Aires

Our flight gets in about 9am, we were picked up by the tour agents, and taken to the hotel. We had a city tour in the afternoon, where we visited a cemetery/park, Evita Peron's tomb was here with lots of fresh flowers. We also toured a neighborhood where it's famous for tango dance halls, and colorful buildings.

We had a group diner, enjoying famous Argentina beef.
