Both places are developed by Berjaya Hotels & Resorts and located at the Bukit Tinggi, Pahang. They can be reached by following the Karak Highway, then take the exit at Bukit Tinggi (the next exit after Genting Highland).
In my opinion, Colmar Tropicale is a bit disappointed compared to what they said in the website and the Japanese Village is more fun compared to Colmar Tropicale. But after all it is worth a visit because of its serene surrounding and nice for photo snapper. The only let down is you have to pay an RM 10 entrance fee. It is recommended to park your vehicle at Colmar Tropicale and take the tram provided to Japanese Village as the road to Colmar Tropicale is less steep. You can even rent a Kimono at Japanese Village (RM 20 for 30 min).
You can also visit the Botanical Garden near to the Japanese Village. We did not managed to go there as we were on a tight schedule. What a waste!!
