Walkin' to New Orleans......
Ah, our first trip as a married couple! Exciting!!! Well, when I booked the travel, we had to get on separate flights because I was staying a few days longer (yes, this trip was already planned and was turned into our honeymoon....very sweet and understanding hubby). Al had a direct flight on CO and I had a connecting one on USAir. I boarded first. He had to wait around for 3 hours. And, he misses his flight. OMG! They had him run from terminal to terminal in EWR. But, the luggage was there when I arrived in NOLA (at 3:30pm). What a fun start to the honeymoon!
I get the luggage and head on over to the condo we rented. Unpacked, met up with my friend Sharon and headed out for a bite to eat and some good jazz! Al's plane landed at 10pm, so had to kill some time.
