My boss lives here, and this is where my head office is. It's the nearest city/suburb to downtown Ft. Lauderdale...so there are some nice parts and some not-so-nice parts to it. It is older as far as the look of the shops along the main roads go, but the houses are decent. There are even some canals that run through the town and offer a tiny bit of nature it. One particular side street, I recall, always had large iguanas in the road. You can even see them stand up on their back to legs and run. It is both hilarious and impressive.
