Ecuadorean haircut (no, it's not the same as a Brazilian :) ), some market time then relax

I felt like my Spanish had come far enough along now that I could have a much needed haircut. I knew my words for big, little, not too much as well as a number for the blade so I figured I'd be OK :) I even managed a bit of banter with barber, but I don't think we were ever going to have complex discussions on world politics :)
Saturday is also market day in Riobamba so I figured I better visit at least a couple of markets on my travels. The colours there are absolutely incredible, I even made a few purchases but I'm steering clear of any big stuff until later in my trip. That whole concept of having to carry everything you buy keeps the shopping in check :)
Well off to buy my Devil's Nose train tickets now so that'll do for today
