Travel Day: Dublin, Ireland to Edinburgh, Scotland
Flew out of Dublin with Ryan Air for 35 euro to Edinburg, Scotland. We got to our hostel in the afternoon, and the front desk needed a few hours to sort out the rooms so we explored the city for awhile. My mom took a bus tour and Kat and i went to the National Museum of Scotland. This gigantic, well put together museum was free to enter. We had only a couple of hours before the museum closed so we planned to see as much as possible and return the next day.
For dinner we went to Napoli, which i just realized was the same name as a restaurant we ate at in Slovenia. Anyway, this restaurant was a great find. The food was excellent, but kind of expensive. I paid 6.50 pounds for pasta. All the waiters spoke Italian and were very professional and friendly. The restaurant had a great Italian atmosphere to it. We tipped the waiter well, and he gave us each a free delicious dessert. Pretty cool.
