Cork

Took the short train ride to Cork in the morning.  It turned out to be a nice sunny day, so we walked around town for awhile.  Kathryn wanted to shop, so we decided to do another bus tour.  This hop-on hop-off was 13 euro, and i thought was overpriced.  Not as impressive as Dublin's bus tour.

After a few hours of exploring, we took the evening train back to Dublin.  Our hotel was in a Dublin suburb called Tallaght, because Barbara Striesand was performing in Dublin and all the hotels were booked.  Tallaght is 30 minutes outside of Dublin by way of a tram for 1.70 euro.  We stayed at Abberley Court Hotel, which we booked online.  It was a 2 bedroom suite with a common living area and kitchen with all the necessary crockery.  This was a very nice hotel with big comfortable beds, i dont remember the price but it had to be around 15-20 per person.  There were several restaurants and pubs nearby, and we ate at the indian restaurant.  The food was excellent.  For 12 euro, we had enough food for 2, including naan bread, damn i love that stuff.
