The big day is finally here

Perth Travel Blog | Travelogue | Travel Journal

After a year away, it was time to visit our families and be part of a couple of weddings

The big day is finally here

I do!
Today was the day we had been waiting for, especially since Glenn and Lindy had been going out for such a long time and then it took ages for them to pick a date.  The day started off with Mum, Bec and Reece getting their hair done.  And then everyone taking turns to get ready at home, us boys in the suits, girls in their beautiful outfits.  It wasn't long before the photographer showed up - although we weren't really expecting or ready for her.

A few candid and set shots later, individually and various permutations of family, our transport arrived.  The six of us (Mum, Dad, Glenn, Reece, Bec and Craig) piled into the back of the stretch limo for the drive to the Blue Water Grill in Applecross which was the setting for both the ceremony and reception.

There was already a few people waiting outside, which is where the ceremony would take place, so Mum, Dad and Bec went on through.  Glenn, Reece and Craig stayed inside at the request of the coordinator.  We could only go out just before the bride arrives.
